1. The service
Fitness App is a personal dashboard for viewing health, fitness, sleep, activity, training and nutrition information supplied by the user or by services the user authorises. Features may change as connected services and their interfaces change.
2. Not medical advice
Fitness App is not a medical device, diagnostic service or substitute for a qualified clinician. Scores, trends and summaries are informational. Do not use the app for emergencies or to make medical decisions without appropriate professional advice.
3. Connected data
The user is responsible for choosing which third-party services to connect and for maintaining lawful access to those accounts. Wearables and connected providers can publish delayed, incomplete, revised or inaccurate records. Fitness App does not guarantee that every source will always be available or that two devices will agree.
4. Acceptable use
The app must not be used to access another person’s data without permission, interfere with the service, bypass access controls, or use the service in a way that violates law or a connected provider’s terms.
5. Availability and changes
Reasonable efforts are made to keep the service available, but uninterrupted operation is not promised. Access may be limited where necessary for security, maintenance, provider changes or legal compliance.
6. Responsibility and liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Fitness App is provided without a guarantee that a particular measurement or derived trend is accurate, complete or suitable for a particular purpose. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
7. Privacy and ending the connection
The Privacy Policy explains how information is handled. The user can revoke Google access or request deletion by following the disconnect and deletion instructions.
8. Governing law and contact
